Check in #1

Tina, the nurse practitioner just stopped in. Addie is doing very well. She is amazed at how quickly they got things going this morning. All the lines went in well. Dr. Davis the surgeon began shortly before 9, she is onto the bi-pass machine and that went very well also. He is currently working on the patch and if thing keep progressing so well we should be seeing her shortly after noon. We still do not know yet if they will be able to save the vale, but after the hole is patched they will move on to the valve. (I'll explain later)...

So overall, things are going really well. God is so good! Thank you for all of your prayers and words of encouragement, it has really helped! God is so good and I know He is in there guiding the surgeons hands as well as being here in this room giving us peace. I have not been anxious much at all. It was hard giving her over, but since then I have been filled with peace..peace that transends understanding.....it is just amazing God's work that is happening here.

Again, thank you all, and I will try to give you more info on what our day was like yesterday and last night as well as this morning.

Loves and hugs!
